Animal Success Stories
If you have an update that you would like to share about your Collie Concern  rescue collie, please contact us to share! We love pictures, too, and would love to post your story on our website.  If you have more than one picture, we will combine them into a "colage" so that folks can click for a better look.  If your dog has a blog or a dogster page, we would be happy to link to it from here!  Maybe we will ask to feature you in our newsletter, too!

Alice

Hey Jen... Yes go ahead! She loves the snow and throws herself down in it and rolls. She and Jake love each other sooo much. Tug of war with a bone or with "floppy dog" are their favorite games. They actually distract each other from a toy so that they can grab it... Then the game becomes chase up and down the hallway. They are very happy with their home. Thank you for rescuing them! Beverly

Prince

Prince was adopted 6 years ago by Mary-Carmel and her family. Not much is known about his past, but his fur was in bad shape, and his nose was all red, so it can't have been a pleasant past. His fur grew back, his nose healed back into it's normal black color, and he grew more confident every day. He was so very gentle with the goats, and jealous of anyone who sought his family's attention. He disliked coffee grinders, and riding in the car. He feared men in beards and thunderstorms, but he was a true companion – to both his human family and his goat family. Prince passed away recently, but he spent the last six years of his life in the comforts of “home”, with a family who loved him dearly. He now rests peacefully at the Rainbow Bridge, waiting to be reunited with his loved ones some day.
